A freestanding dispaly box was created for a school craft project of hand-stitched, felt, finger puppets. The three lengths of moulding
were used - one for the frame holding the glass, one turned on it's side for the base, and another to build out the depth of the box
at the back. The pine puppet holder was secured to the bottom with a bit of silicone, and each puppet was carefully stitched to the
back of the box to hold them in place.
Finished with black velvet on the back and bottom, and a brass plaque
with the creator's name, the box can be picked up ad admired on all sides.
